So, yes, work was terrible last night. And, yes, it made me feel like a screw up in the worst way. And, yes, I did cry in front of my coworkers. But, hey, today Mike Lawrence retweeted me, and there’s new St. Vincent, so things are great.
"Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you reprimanded me for relying on food stamps when I should have been working harder, I was thirsty and you didn’t give me money because I was just going to use those handouts for booze or drugs or God knows what else!, I was a stranger and you were right to keep me out because I was going to bring my people into your country and steal all your jobs, I was naked and it was a smart move to avoid me so I wouldn’t get my hippie hands on your expensive suit I think, I was sick and MORE LIKE *NO*BAMACARE NOT ON YOUR WATCH your hard-earned tax dollars should not go to this Godless mindless SOCIALIST, I was in prison and well I guess I probably deserved it but at the same time I *am* sort of living on your tax dollars that pay for the prison wow this is a quandary but hey as long as you still have your guns right? They’ll have to pry those from your cold dead hands. Second amendment, bitches! … Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’"
— This is my favorite Bible passage! Jesus really just tells it like it is and puts those jobless commie hippies in their place! More like demoCR*P I say! (via stephencapps)
